murugand123, I belive I can not help you in this case, when we were listing this script, there was a source code available to download on the site. I took a quick look on root but it seems that site is in rebuilding stage. http://demo.dmwtechnologies.com/PHP/ take a look at this script http://www.ajaxified.com/php-jquery-image-upload-and-crop-77.html is very similar, and it has cropping function too.
